Name what you have actually survived and what you are still holding
Identify your common stress states and main triggers
Create simple safety anchors and a basic daily steadiness routine that fits your life

Outcome of Phase 1:
You understand why you feel the way you do and you have a basic way to calm yourself each day, even on difficult days.
Here we focus on where you leave yourself to keep everyone and everything else steady.
We:
Track your self abandonment patterns in real situations, not theory
Look at how you respond in conflict, money stress, parenting, work and relationships
Use NowIt in live moments so you practice pausing instead of overriding yourself
Experiment with tiny boundaries and different choices that your nervous system can handle
Work with the shame, fear and guilt that show up when you stop over functioning
Outcome of Phase 2:
You can see your patterns clearly, and you start to have lived experiences of choosing yourself in small ways instead of abandoning yourself automatically.
In the final phase we bring everything together. This is where you stop only understanding and start living differently on purpose.
